On Sunday I helped out with the Kinsmen Christmas Hamper. I wasn't able to do it last year, so I didn't really know what to expect. But it was such a good experience. I really enjoyed it. So many people stopped to donate money or toys. By the time my shift was over the box donation box was nearly overflowing with toys. It was so heartwarming to see so many people pitching in together as a community to help kids and families in need. It made me very happy that I got to be involved with it.
